Effects of vertical and horizontal plyometric exercises on explosive capacity and kinetic variables in professional long jump athletes

Background and Study Aim. Athletic jumps are specific cyclically-acyclic movements that despite the good performance of techniques require from competitors a high level motor, specific-motor functional abilities. The aim this study was to examine response effect vertical horizontal plyometric training on explosive capacity kinetic variables in long jump athletes.
 Material Methods. participants were twenty professional jumpers (22.5 ± 4.2 years; 178.4 9.8 cm; 70.3 7.6 kg) who divided into two groups: experimental (plyometric training) control (standard training). They participated last track field championship country, moreover, three them Asian games, one athlete world championship. experiments conducted June-July 2019 athletes. All tests performed after standard warm up protocol. place camera always determined wisely around jumping attain best photography. Organizing controlling imaging motor analysis processes done by biomechanics expert.
 Results. Post results group showed more improvement 30 m sprint, jump, velocity at take-off, completion, comparing group. Significant between differences all detected post training. No significant improvements flight time take off duration reported group.
 Conclusion. Vertical protocol shown be effective promoting than variables.
